    Thyroid test results high

    I just got back my BW and everything is rock solid accept my thyroid was 4.18. Dr. Likes it to be under 3.0 but upper normal range is 4.0. Should I be concerned? What causes it to go out of whack. On cycle, week 6 of 12 test cy. 500mg/w 10mg/Ed aromasin .
