How serious is low HDL (HIGH DENSITY LIPIDS)?

Somebody with a good knowledge and history on the subject. attached is my blood work.
I just got back my blood and found my hdls to be at 34 which according to the safe is zone is just under. I did a ton of reading last night and want to know how bad of shape I'm in our should it recover on its own. Just finished a low test 400mg/week got 16weeks with 50mg/winstrol for 6 weeks. Which I think is going to probably be the culprit. Currently in PCT now with Torem and wondering if that should do the trick? ALSO HOW soon can I get back on test it do I need to wait? thanks

you're border line based on all your lipid levels. are you supplementing with fish oil? BTW your name is showing on the BW, you may want to block your name and repost the BW. wini can screw up your lipids.

Eat more monounsaturated fats (almonds, olive oil, etc) to bring up your HDL. But your lipids will recover from being raped by Winstrol on their own.
Fish oil mainly just affects triglycerides, not cholesterol.

Thanks for the heads up. Uploads edited. I need to get more consistent with fish oils I take it. Already consume olive oil and almonds daily along with coconut oil I hear to be good. Was reading up last night and see that test alone can effect or hdls aside from winny. So am I in a panic spot or just borderline need to watch type of warning. Or it's it just par for the course after winstrol ? ALSO in regards to getting back on soon too risky with my levels? Or will I see a good rebound on hdls after Torem?

You're fine. Test will push down HDL. It will come back up. If you're interested I've struggled with cholesterol and used several supplements that dramatically helped. I posted a "Cholesterol Experiment" thread in the HRT Forum. Check it out.

I don't believe that I'm symptomatic. I was messing around with T3 clen which I think was the culprit. As far as Torem I ended up staying on cycle. NOT THE BEST IDEA I KNOW.
