Help dangerous levels

So I've been getting puffy nipples and I feel like I might be getting a little lump on the side of my nipple so I decided to do labs since I'm running test and tren .

I just got my labs back and someone told me my estrogen levels are dangerously high and I need to be worried.



Platelets high 421
estrogen high 301
fsh low
lh low

3rd week. On 500 test e, 300 tren e, 400 masteron .
Been on ai and caber since day 1. Started with adex .5 e3d then switched to aromasin 12.5 eod. I guess I need a higher dose?


1. Why is my platelet high? Is this normal and what can I take to lower it?

2. Should I run letro? And how much for how long?

3. How should I run my estrogen management in the future knowing I'm sensitive to estrogen?
