Concerned with Kidney tests before a cycle

So I'm not currently on a cycle but was getting ready to start one but I had a GFR test done that had me at 75. Last year I was at 106, then dropped to 92, then 75.

Before I start I wanted to check this out to see what's up so my doc rechecked me and I was at 80. I usually don't supplement with creatine but my preworkout I've been taking has it and I know creatine supplements can skew this test. What has me concerned is the microalbumin urine test, here are the results, i also did a reg urine test that showed everything negative.. Any reason to be concerned, should I hold off on a cycle?
