YEah the Mod's deserve it... they have helped me out alot and these guys do it for free! Thanks guys.... That is why I will always come to this board and stay here with my nodoze, coffee and all.
Yeah, I've learned more in the past week about bodybuilding than I did a year on my own. Thanks a lot guys.

It's a collaborative effort from every single member that makes this board so great. Some rules were drawn up that were differen't from traditional message boards of this nature and every single member has abided by the rules and made this a mature, respectable board. We also have an incredible group of vets who, collectivly, have more knowledge than ANYBODY could EVER need!! I also have to give a big shout of appreciation to pybyjason who is the glue that holds this whole thing together. So everybody...give yourselves a pat on the back! You deserve it!

thanks to everyone for making this a great board, but especially the SMODS and the ADMIN. they make the other mod's jobs much easier, and the vets and members do a great job in making the board run smoothly

Guys, you really don't realize how easy it is for us because of the members we have. Sure, we occassionaly have a few members that join and cause us problems, but it isn't long before I get a PM from one of the members that informs us that someone is getting out of hand. So even if we are not catching something that someone is doing, we have a lot of good members that help us out. And we really do appreciate all of you. With the way the board runs it gives me more time improving the board and less time chasing details of members who are trying to scam and everything else some previous members have done. Everyone here makes this board great, the members, smods, and all of the other mods. We have something great here, I am going to make sure it stays that way.
