Babyweight needs help...5lbs off in 7 days possible?
I've done it before... but since I've been training again heavy I haven't been dieting 100% like usual cause I'm trying to put on more muscle... Most of it is water weight plus the Michelob Lite.. which has come to a halt as of 1 hour ago...
I have an important deal coming up May 21st and must get 5 lbs off.
As of Tuesday this week I have been training twice a day doing a total of 1.5 hours of cardio (stair climber) plus weights..\Plus 50-60 push ups a day.
I figure.. beginning tomorrow... starting early am.. 1 hour cardio... then again weights and cardio after 6pm. With a proper diet and 1 gallon or more of water a day....
Do you think I can accomplish this goal??? It's brutal and I've done it before... but compared to the calories I'm used to for the weight training.. it won't be easy.... plus the amount of sit-ups I'm not prepared to conquer...
Any help would be greatly appreciated... I need all the help I can get right now. PLEEEAAAASSEEEEEEE.
My strict diet will consist of... egg whites & oatmeal in a.m.
snack maybe a protein shake or can of tuna..
lunch only fibrous carbs and chicken breast.... again another protein shake
then dinner. grilled fish or chicken...
I've cut out dairy/bread/ of course no pasta....
I don't take dieuretics (sp) but if anyone knows... would this be an option for me. :unsure: water pills possibly.. ???? Or a fat burner????
