    olympic lifting crazyy

    I just watched this training video of olympic lifting and some of these guys are crazy... there were 2 14 year old kids in the video that could back squat 375 and snatch 200 lbs and clean and press a shitload too.

    14 years old thats crazy and they only weighed less than 120 lbs!!! crazyyy

    and they will train like the same lifts over and over each day.
