When you have a bad month at the gym! That was this month for me. All month was plaqued with little bull**** things like... Having a really sore shoulder, straining myself which led to a few days off, followed by getting the flu which led to unwanted weight loss, and then I had to get an x-ray for my strain and I couldn't eat for 35 hours! Needles to say I had a rough one, but i'm happy to say that this week things are getting back on track and i'm starting a nice cutting cycle for the summer after being off gear for about 4 months... So that should get the ball rolling again. I guess one bad month after having about 20 good ones isn't that bad... But it still sucked regardless :lol:
