Don't you just hate.....
When you have a bad month at the gym! That was this month for me. All month was plaqued with little bull**** things like... Having a really sore shoulder, straining myself which led to a few days off, followed by getting the flu which led to unwanted weight loss, and then I had to get an x-ray for my strain and I couldn't eat for 35 hours! Needles to say I had a rough one, but i'm happy to say that this week things are getting back on track and i'm starting a nice cutting cycle for the summer after being off gear for about 4 months... So that should get the ball rolling again. I guess one bad month after having about 20 good ones isn't that bad... But it still sucked regardless

Feel your pain bro. I managed to sprain my wrist and ankle at a concert and that took about two weeks to clear since the wrist was broken a year before, then i was running along some train tracks at night, don't ask, and I bailed over a chunk of metal that someone left on the tracks and of course landed on the same wrist, not as bad though, about another week. All I can say is it will feel great to be able to train normal again!!!

well i have had a bad week.. i just started training withmy man, and he ahs gotten sick every other day, so we have only lifted twice... I have gotten cardio in everyday, but not much else..
