Babyweight needs help...5lbs off in 7 days possible?
I've done it before... but since I've been training again heavy I haven't been dieting 100% like usual cause I'm trying to put on more muscle... Most of it is water weight plus the Michelob Lite.. which has come to a halt as of 1 hour ago...
I have an important deal coming up May 21st and must get 5 lbs off.
As of Tuesday this week I have been training twice a day doing a total of 1.5 hours of cardio (stair climber) plus weights..\Plus 50-60 push ups a day.
I figure.. beginning tomorrow... starting early am.. 1 hour cardio... then again weights and cardio after 6pm. With a proper diet and 1 gallon or more of water a day....
Do you think I can accomplish this goal??? It's brutal and I've done it before... but compared to the calories I'm used to for the weight training.. it won't be easy.... plus the amount of sit-ups I'm not prepared to conquer...
Any help would be greatly appreciated... I need all the help I can get right now. PLEEEAAAASSEEEEEEE.
My strict diet will consist of... egg whites & oatmeal in a.m.
snack maybe a protein shake or can of tuna..
lunch only fibrous carbs and chicken breast.... again another protein shake
then dinner. grilled fish or chicken...
I've cut out dairy/bread/ of course no pasta....
I don't take dieuretics (sp) but if anyone knows... would this be an option for me. water pills possibly.. ???? Or a fat burner????

i would try to add some fruits and vegtables... It seems your very motivated... Sounds good... Just eat protrien and fruits and veggies...thats what I do, as im cutting too...

I ate nothing but protein and almonds for a few weeks and it does wounders. But if you can ad a chicken breast or steak now and again even better.

Do you need to lose 5 lbs of fat or just 5 lbs? You can easily lose 5 lbs of water in seven days with an over the counter diuretic.

Swolecat has a 7 day plan for dropping a lot of weight. It's intended for the last week before a contest but also for occasions like yours. I'm not sure if he's posted it on AR but I've seen it on several places on the internet.

5lbs of water is easy to drop! Just sit on a bike in the sauna, abit extreme but you do what you gotto do
But you might wanna try the diet advice you got first hehe, its hell cycling in the sauna.

I think once you cut your carbs and hit that much cardio you will lose it fast...drink lots of coffee...black with equal....You could try Traxatone, OTC diueretic..my ex girlfriend would use that before doing her beauty pageants...

The more water you drink the less you hold. Also, try a sodium depletion day. That will help as well.

This is easy baby...Meat and green beans only!!!! 45 minutes of cardio in tha morning and 45 minutes of cardio at night. Lot's of water!!! eca stack two times a day or clen at morning, noon, and evening. Peace

What sucks is... with Swolecats 7 day plan..I already started too late..
but I am already down 3 lbs.. so I'm ahead of schedule.
Palme.... cycling in the sauna...sorry... no can do for me...lol... I'd probably faint!
