Healthy Choice . . . pretty good stuff.
The Marie Callendar's stuff is good, too, although it has more fat than the Healthy Choice stuff . . .

sodium shouldn't be an issue if you are drinking plenty of H2O. in regards to the TV dinners, NO thanks! I rather stick to eating real foods and not processed dinners

To chime in.....
Sodium to me and those I assist is actually of no relevance at all, provided you are drinking adequate h20 daily. Adequate sodium intake is actually needed, and if you are worried about going over-board, simply drink more water. It doesn't interfere w/fat loss or anything of the like.
So, unless you have high blood pressure, or your doctor has you watching your intake for one reason or another, there is no issue. If you are pre-contest the final week, or are prepping for pics, then you manipulate sodium and watch your intake at that time, yes, but at all other times it's really nothing to be concerned with, just drink your water!

If I am away-or unable to cook, I will drink a shake rather than eat processed crap. I have enjoyed a good Boston Market Salsbury Steak and Mashed Taters TV Dinner on a cheat day when being lazy, but as normal meal- heck no.
