Here is a question for everyone. I wanted to know if I'm alone on this one or if it happens to other people too. Recently I have stepped up the intensity of my workouts from hard to insane. Now (used to happen to me when I was a sophmore) on my walk to the gym I get nauseas. I think it happens because my mind is telling my body that the next hour or two are really gonna suck. After I get in there and warmup, it goes away. Does this happen to anyone else or am I just weird?

Just messin bro, try to tell your mind that you are doing something good for it, and it will be fun. I love lifting, I use to think how you thought (dreaded going to the gym). Now, they can't kick me outta there. Think of all the new muscles you will have. It helps.
I still get like that sometimes and i live to go to the gym. :scratch: I think its cause my test shoots sky high cause my body knows its in for a good one. :unsure: i also crank up some slayer cd's on the way too that could do it.:dg:
I guess just be glad you dont get the urge to crap your shorts .
Your body could be telling you that it is totally unprepared for what it is about to experience. I guess thats better than your body being accustomed to a workout.

sometimes I get like that when i know that I am gonna go nuts in the gym. I want to lift more than I did last week, because if I dont, I will be dissapointed.
