To the ladies that have had babies (or if you guys think you know)
My wife is about to give birth to our baby within the next week or two. She weighed about 110 before and asked me to help her with a training program to get back to that weight again. Obviously this will benefit us both as she'll be happy with her body again and I'll just walk around like I'm the sh*t cause of my wifes smokin bod No just kidding but can you please let me know what the best exercises are to get rid of the baby fat is so I can help her out. Thanks
