excellent service if you keep them rotating fast enough. Service and turnaround was awesome. I got lazy on returns since there was no late fee and blew the whole concept. Keep them churning and it's a great deal.

Very good service. Used to be a poor turn around time to the east coast when they first started but now they have distribution points all over and it's quick.

People with DVD burners on their PC will get a movie from them Rip it, make their own copy and send it back so for the monthly fee maybe you get 10-20 DVD's in your collection per month.

Interesting. But it sounds like it would cut into my AR time. AND THATS NOT ACCEPTABLE!

nice i liked the whole netflix thing but you still got to pay 20 bucks a month even if you are not renting anything. I mean sometimes you just get so busy no time to do anything, you know what i mean?

Turnaround in the North East is awesome. I send it back and two days later I have new ones...

Those fuc.kers provide good service, but they bumped up the price again. Used to be 15. Not good turn around considering its out of Santa Ana.

My experience was good all around except for sometimes the discs would be scratched/screwed up and would not play. There is nothing more frustrating than the movie stopping and freezing right at the end and then not being able to watch it. You can send it back and tell them it did not play, but it's still a pain in the *ss
