ok...the 30+ year old crowd must be asleep, i expected more of our type music...
it may not be as fast paced and electric as say Korn(dont have a backward K on my keyboard)...but it stirs the old hormones from yester-year and pumps me up.....
well time to take my cypionate and geritol and go to bed....later young people....

You guys forgot Sepultura. Their cd Roots is excellent. Comparable to vulgar display of power, far beyond driven and the great southern treadkill. Soulfly, is also pretty good (sepultura broke up and max cavaria made soulfly if you didnt know)

Depends on my mood, either hardcore, or metal. think i have spineshank-asthmatic, and hatebreed- before dishonor, on every lifting cd i own. Like music that makes you cut lose, not get into the beat. Buried Alive, Hinge, DRY KILL LOGIC is a raw deal... dl the songs "rot" , "nightmare" , and "assfualt" im serious. It makes me wanna murder someone on kick return. Integrity' old stuff aint bad, e-town concrete, chimaria, thats all i can think of that hasnt been said.

yes Gold's music is mortuory too...
imagine : u r on the bench getting ready to push ,there is nothing but you,the bar and the donuts ,u close your eyes ..grind your teeth, take a deep breath and exhale slowly, stop at half-breath and then... aaaaaaaaaaaaaaeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaa Celine Dion scream falling off the titanic accompanied by the sweet orchestra that would make hell fall asleep ......
I think I'll cut the wires to the speaker one of this days....

I like to start out on the bench with a little NSYNC.. Then I slowly trasition into some Jessica Simpson. On a badass leg day I like to raise the intensity and go with some Britney... Oh yeah thats right Ms. Spears gets my ass droppin like no other. You guys should check out tracks 5 and 11 on her new disk!!!
