Take a moment to remember...
This is mainly for all of us here in the USA, but it's good for our international-type bros. (well, Canada is basically the US nowadays anyway)
Take a moment today (right now works pretty well) and reflect on the men and women who have sacrificed so much, even given their lives, to support and defend our country's way of life. You may not agree with foreign polcies past or present, but the mainstay has been the service men and women, as well as diplomats, "covert" operatives, and all sorts of other types who consistently place their life on the line for us.
Keep that in mind as you are having your BBQ, out on the Boat, riding your bike, whatever it is you do today. There is a reason why it is called "Memorial Day".

err... stupid desert...
Yeah - lots of young men/women outside their comfort zones right now. And some older ones who thought they were about to retire ending up with purple hearts...

trust me, i do every day when i wake up in a bed and not a hole, with food and not a mre, if even that... i dont have to worry bout my weapon being clean or where my kpot is, everyday you should thank em, not just once a year.
