Every train legs so hard....
You almost puke or in some cases do puke lol... That was me today at the gym. I started with heavy leg presses then did 3 quick sets of 20reps with 225lbs on the smith machine squat (which hurt!) I followed that up with leg extensions, hamstring curls, and stiff leg deadlifts... My stomach is just now settleing

ahhh....about once every 8 weeks i like to throw in some german volume training...and yes water comes up everytime...ussually keep down the food though???

we have steps on my fron pourch..about 10 steps or so..when im done traing legs in my "gym" i go see how i can go down them..if i almost coplapse..ive doen good.. if not..time for more!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah I had bad rubber legs after this one... doing 60 squats in about 10mins we'll get you every shot

Especially when doing Giant Sets for legs! I get nautious very easily while super setting or giant setting legs - have yet to puke though... not that I am trying to pussy out... I just feel that if I did puke it will mess up the rest of the workout... and make me feel like ass... so I sit down and take in some water and deep breaths... sometimes I need to take about 5-10 mikes and get something with some sugar in it (like Gatorade)... someday I'll just let it go though - all over the dude with ILS syndrome

I wouldn't puke in the gym because I work there and wouldn't want to clean it up and the fact that I know it could happen if I let it go is all I need to know. I know some guys would brag over yaking in the gym but I had 3 meals under my belt and would rather absorb the nurtrients rather then splatter them over the floor

Me and my legs have a love/hate relationship. I love training the crap out of them. There are many, many times I thought I was going to hurl. Luckilly I never have, but it's always a sure sign that you're pushing yourself to the limits when that happens
I'm glad to see others are killing their legs too. It's good to see others suffer too

my leg day sucks. honestly the worste day i have in the gym.
10 sets of hack squats going up to 5 plates a side.
then 4 sets of front squats (non smith machine) usually 225-275 lbs
then 4 sets of leg presses ending with 10 plates a side
then 5 sets of extensions last 2 sets burning out to around 50 reps
then onto calves.
i feel like im gonna pass out during the front squats but finally they are growing from this type of routine

I always feel sick when doing legs. If im not in the mood leg days suck.

I usually cant hardly walk to the car, then when I drive home is a bitch because I cant hold the clutch. I have had the room spinning but not vomiting, I guess I am not trying hard enough

just got home from the gym from doing back.
500x8 on deads almost made me puke.....1min 30sec rest in between sets.
Will prolly feel the same way on legs friday as well. But saturday night is when it all pays off

I love leg day..but most girls do anyway...cause we have some quads....and really need to work on upper body...but yeah nothing beats the feeling when you let the pressure off your belt.and the white stars form in your eyes...and then your legs won't work.......ahhhh now ya know you did it right...
