    Sayin hello again

    Whats up everyone? I bet nobody really remembers me, probably cause Ive been gone for about a year. Had some woman issues, and got way off track. Started smoking, eating like ****, and worst of all, stopped working out. Well, Im done with that biotch and I am back starting today. Had my last ciggarette last night, and started off a good breakfast and just made a killer sandwich with my first protein shake in over a year! Its gonna take a while to get back into the routine, but I hope to be in the best shape of my life by the end of the year. Thats about all for now, but Ill be hanging around a lot more now!
