    arm blaster bar??????

    Whats the name of the metal bar type thing that rest across your chest and locks your elbows in place for strict curls? I want to buy one but don't know the correct name I guess so it is becomeing a real pain. Anybody know where to get one also and price?

    Uh, an arm blaster. Type "arm blaster into a search engine and it pops up. Looks like you can get one for around $20-25.

    They are useless. Lean against the wall, or incorporate other concentration exercises instead.
