    Need help locating scammer...

    IP Address: 12.170.99.234
    ISP Host: 12.170.99.234

    If anyone can help me with a name or location, I'd appreciate it. This scumbag hacked into my ebay account and is sabotaging my auctions, costing me some $$.

    Unable to resolve 12.170.99.234

    most likely a dial up but the first digit being only two numbers.. maybe he got his cable of line.. chances are the worst you can do is call his isp and complain i really doubt they would give you an address..
