    Promoted at work today

    For the 4th time in less than 2 years i was promoted. I am now second in charge of a local restaurant. All while only be 20 years old and being a full time student. Things just keep on looking better.

    im just a lowly hostest right now.. but i have served, assistant managed, bar backed, expoed and bartended.. restaurants are the devil of all jobs!!! but i love it!

    not where I work now.. I make more sometimes by hostessing.. but at my old restaurant I was making $200 a night atleast..

    and the NAKED thing.. I have no clue where it came from.. but ask Mart.

    just a little advice....I have seen guys go from full time students(while working in a restaurant) to part time to just straight up quit school to run restaurants...don't go down that path...I admit I have had fun waiting tables but geez, get me the **** outta here!!!

    congrats on the raise though...just don't get sucked in

    Believe me i will not get sucked in. I could not work there for the rest of my life. Just another year and a half before i go to lawschool.
