Thnk your a tough guy?...try this then...
Try this leg routine and tell me if you dont hurt, and collapse on at least one set...princess and i did this last night for legs...i got all the reps except on the 2nd set i only got 29.
Squat-
warm up- 10 reps
working-
set 1-increase weight 50lbs- 40 reps
set 2- increse weight 40lbs- 30 reps
set 3 increase weight 30lbs- 20 reps (i collapsed after this one)
set 4- increase weight 20lbs- 10 reps
set 5- increase another 20 lbs- 5 reps (didnt plan this set, but did it)
Leg curls (hams)
15
12
10
Seated calf rases- 3x20 going up in weight everytime
leg extentions- 3x10 (30 sec intervals...long squeezes)
standing calf rasies- 3x12
Now...try to walk out of the gym and drive...i dare you...

Still can't work legs but very very soon. I will try exactly that. Can't do heavy weight for a while now.

Yep, walking up stairs after a leg day, and putting on a backpack after a bi day.... two of the hardest feats ever known to man.

I never got good results from high reps. Sets #1, #2, and maybe even #3 would almost be aerobic in nature.
Whatever works for you though, bro. Did you need a forklift to get out of bed this morning?

looks good cs..my rule of thumb is if you can still walk down a set of stairs normaly after a leg workout...then you didnt do enof GO DO MORE!!!!!!!!

It was a bad a$$ workout.. I didnt do as much weight increase but I held my own.. and let me tell ya it was hell trying to work for 4 hours on my feet all morning today

overtraining imo, just because after ur workout u cant use the muscle doesnt mean u got a good workout, i could do 50 sets of curls for my bis and wouldnt probly even be able to move my arm, but that doesnt neccesarily mean im making progress......

i do that too my tri's and bi's.... with tri's get the rope and do 50 as much as u can and work your way down till you cant go anymore on that weight....feels like your arms are gonna explode...
