    ok...i got a question for you BIG guys.....why is Ruhl locking his knees on the leg press....i have never and probaly will never press that much weight but even when i go i never lock my knees....just wondering cause thats always been a no no.....

    yeh...they do....i know you have to cheat a little when you go heavy but locking the knees is horrible!! it looks like he is but maybe thats not a full extend and lock for his huge ass...lol...

    i like to get on the girly leg press machine (cybex) and just set it around 120 and ONLY PUSH WITH MY HEELS....man you talk about gimping around for the next couple of days......
