I can't walk....I Love it!!
The day after Legs.....You know it was good when every single step you take hurts like a mother ****er.....JEEEZZZZ
I can't even walk down the stairs to get my laundry..Oh well....

I have been on a 2 week lay off...so I just hit legs for the first time in 2 weeks...this is what I did...not too much..but enough
Hacks: 5 sets: 1 plate, 2 plates, 2 and 25, 3 plates, 3 plates
Leg Press: 4 sets: 4 plates, 6 plates, 8 plates, 8 plates
Leg Extentions: 3 sets: burn out 15-20 reps
I'm dead...goes to show what too much time off and partying does...

How funny is that. I did the same exact workout on Wednesday (the weights were about the same too) and my legs are still shot. I woke up today to do morning cardio but ended up going back to sleep cuz I couldn't even get out of bed. It was the intensity that did me in bro. Only took 1.5 min break between each set. Next week is squats instead of hacks. I can't wait

That's a great feeling with any bodypart.......
I also love the look from others when I'm doing legs........ It's like what's he doing? Is that something new Most of the guys walk around on sticks at my gym.

You're to blame for the soreness and agony I had to endure in the last few days man You're workouts are killer man. Actually its a good feeling knowing the muscle fibers in my legs were shredded almost beyond repair.

Its that feeling of acomplishment when you have to use both hands to ease your sore a## on and off the pot. I always think about that signature I saw in here Pain is just weakness leaving you body.

Its the only bodypart I have that I am a easy gainer on I walk by the rack and put a 1/2'' on my legs. Its weird its alsi the only bodypart that feels trashed when I am done

Funny to see this thread. Cause today is the day after the day after I did legs. I it took me 10 mins to walk up the 3 flights of stairs to get to my girls apt. today. She laughed the whole time. gotta love sore legs.

Leg days suck. i cant sit on the toilet and it sucks when you try to aim and miss..
