I've blended them with milk...guess I'm not as much a man as you. :bow1:

I tried adding them to my Myoplex this morning. Yes sir, I like it.
Other than sushi... all my food gets cooked.
I drink 2 cartons of pasteurized egg whites every day... has no taste at all and i just swing it down the gullet in one gulp. 25g protein per 250ml carton is as good as it gets protein wise.
I also like to throw in a blender 1/2 a carton of eggwhite (125g), 100g of cottage cheese, 100g of skim milk and a spoonfull of strawberry jam. Makes for a DELICIOUS shake with around 35-40g protein (great when you just can't hack another drop of protein powder shakes).
