Roomate from hell

Check this out. I got an empty room in my house so I decide to rent it out to this indian guy that seemed pretty decent. He moves in today and the house immediately starts to smell like curry. It was sick. I let him use my guest bathroom as his own and he gets his own room. He arrives with his mom and sister to help him move. He finishes moving 3 hours later and bangs up half my walls and puts holes in the drywall and black marks all over walls. I keep quiet. I'm getting more and more angry as I realize he did more damage to my house than I did moving in a whole house when he is only moving in a room. He also manages to take up more than half the cabinet space in the kitchen of which 3/4 is filled with ****ing curry powder. I'm about to explode at this point but I keep quiet even as he is running in from the rain trailing dirt into my room. Anyways he and his parents and sister go out to eat. He arrives 3 hours later still with his family. I'm wondering when they are going to leave at this point. Slowly a story begins to unravel that they plan on staying here a few months before they head back to india and not to worry she will cook me curry and its all gonna be great. I'm about to explode at this point and am seconds away from asking him if I get to eat the curry do I get to bone his sister as well? Anyways I just about explode at this point and demand he leave my house immediately and take his ****ing family with him. He moves all his crap out my house and when he leaves i see black marks all over the carpet, black marks and holes in the drywall. I had to repaint most of that room after he left. Ruined the whole lakers game for me. The bathroom he used for 3 hours was filthy beyond belief. Thank god this FOB left I wanted to kill him within 3 hours. The worst part is he's gone and i'm left with a house that smell like curry. ****!

I had a roomate with the girlfriend from hell - deffinitly a beauty... but with some serious issues. The girl was physco - shortly after I moved out she broke several dishes in the kitchen (smashed them on the floor) and threw his laptop across the living room. I don't know why he didn't just get rid of her ass. The funny thing is she would give anyone but him the innocent look and act like a real shy introvert. And I don't know what was more disturbing - her yelling when I was trying to sleep or her loud mouth during the make up sex... URG...

UPDATE I suspected something when i saw a kettle like device and the lack of toilet paper in the guestbathroom. Well to make a long story short I told my dad about what happened and about the strange kettle device. Turns out my dad said this guys religion calls for him to not use a toilet like a human. He squats over the toilet standing on the lid like an alien and sprays **** all over then uses the kettle like device to pour water on his ass becuase toilet paper is evil or whatever. What sick dog like people. I wish i could ram spicy curry powder up his ass after he took a **** that sick ****. If I had known this **** he would have never stepped foot in my house. Worst part is its a guest bathroom as well so i told the **** to keep it clean and he puts out something he sticks up his ass for public display.
