Working out when sick? Opinion please.
I was wondering what most of you guys do or would do. Yesterday afternoon I started feeling nausea, cold sweats and major head/body aches.
laid up all day sleeping off and on.
I'm at work today but still feel like crap. Should I go home and rest or just blow it off and work out?

eq 200 mg 3 x wk
have had no prop flu or anything like that so far, injection sites look clean. Could be a bug. Please give me your 02

I would take a day or two off and try to get healthy bro.

Hey Vic bro, id take a few days off and rest. Sometimes resting is the only thing that will make u feel better. No need to workout when u feel ****ty IMHO. Feel betta bro!!

Depending on what your normal training routine is like, you may actually go back in the gym stronger than when you left.
Listen to your body, it will always tell you what it needs.

take 1 or 2 off now or your body might force you in bed for a week

bro rest is important so take a few days off. Also ur body is more concerned with fighting off the cold then building ur muscles. So ur muscles will take a back seat when it comes to protein synthesis
