    need to release the pressure

    Ok well you might have noticed in my latest posts i have bin a bit grumpy. THIS IS WHY.


    1. MY GEAR IS almost 2 months late! Im going to KILL my supplier

    2. My girfriend is stupid

    3. Im not getting laid and its valentines day.

    4. My hotrod is broken. (beating on a musclecar is great stress relief till it breaks)

    5. I cant even find parking at my gym because all These pencil dick yuppies are gona get fit for the newyea .Spring is coming So they feel free to spend 20 minutes doing 100 pound presses with 10 minute breaks between sets .they do this on the bench i need that i shed my blood and sweat on for the last 4 years so they can bullshit .

    6. did i mention i dont have my gear .


    phew feels good to get that off my chest.

    Don't be nice. It is YOUR gym. They are guests. They are in your way. You want to train. Anything slowing that down is your enemy. So....
    Intimidation & Humiliation:
    Walk up to him. "Hey man, you mind if I work in with ya?"
    he says... um... i guess
    "thanks man" then add the appropriate 45 lb plates, do a set, then take them all off and let him bench his 100lbs. Then put ur weight back on there until your done. He will feel like such a pu**y when you get to your last set, you will not only destroy his worthless self-confidence, next time you ask to workin, he will say, "oh yea, i'm just about done here anyway, its all your man."

    Don't sweat the small stuff...And it's all small stuff. If that doesn't help you then try Prozac. Seriously bro, if you can't change it or fix it then don't let it get to you.

    Small things don,t matter but the only one I would be concerned about is the gear-2 months and nothing?
