LOL>..yea for me that was what I did in Cancun. No more of that $hit for me that's for sure. I made a deal w/ my buddy who is huge and into bodybuilding that I would do the Nevada Classic bodybuilding competition with him in November if he would do it because I think he would place for sure. So today is the day I clean up my act for good and start getting serious. I am going to change my goals a little and start bulking for a month or two, and then I am going to start contest dieting. The things I get myself into.... I am scared ****less now, I don't think I am anywhere near ready to compete that soon. Guess I better get crackin

"Eating like mad" is not a black/white phrase, it means "eating a lot".

I am not dick riding swole... I could have used another example but I guarantee you most people are not going to F*ck with someone his size. Guys are intimidated by size, whether the big guy can't fight or not. It's a fact of life. But I do agree that the bigger dog doesn't always win
