Have you ever done something that you just hated yourself for?? Like tonight, I snapped on my brother and friends for something real stupid. I ended up breaking the rearview mirror in my rental truck and threw my shoe into the side of the truck. I hate when I lose my temper...

i hear ya bro, when i have a bad temper i like to break things. i have punched my rear view mirror and got it replaced 3 times. broke a couple of other stuff including my windshield

im much better now.

Used to be like that when I was younger, mellowed with age. But I remember saying and doing things while in the back of my head I was screaming at myself "what the **** are you doing! Stop it! I just started rolling and couldn't stop, scary.

You threw your shoe? I'm just trying to picture this in my mind. You are standing outside and you get really mad. So you look around and don't find anything. "Ah ha!" you say, "the Nikes!!" So you bend down, untie your shoe, take it off, and throw it at the side of a truck. "AAAhhhhh, relief!!"

The only time I've thrown my shoe is when one of my hoes come home with less than $500. She gets a sneaker behind the ear and gets sent back out to the corner.

I just have a stupid temper sometimes and its worse when I have a few drinks. Of course Martha had to throw in the arabic jokes
