You will be hard pressed to find a more diehard family of fans than mine....when Boone hit that cheapshot last fall, despite the fact that it was past midnite, my 88 year old grandmother called me to curse out the Boone family. Where most elderly women have a picture of Jesus or even FDR in their hallway somewhere, my grandmother has a prominently displayed Ted Williams portrait. I could go on and on....
