Jackson leaves Lakers; Shaq immmediately requests trade

What a bunch of f'ing babies. One more reason why I refuse to support Bball in anyway. "D'uh pass me the ball so I can dunk it." Ya real fun to watch some 7 foot semi down syndrome player dunk a ball.

I totally agree man. The only basketball i'll watch is NCAA. The NBA is a bunch of overpaid babies who are playing for a contract instead of for love of the game.

The Lakers Dynasty has ended.....like a car slamming into a brick wall! Rolling along with all that momentum, then BAM, the Pistons take the title and the team falls apart.

I thought the Lakers were going to be a force to be recconded with for a few more years....I figured that Malone and Payton would retire, but that the team would still stay together. But then Phil Jackson left, and Shaq will leave because Phil left, and then Kobe is a free agent and will probably leave too.......Crazy.

As Malone, Payton, Shaq and Jackson leave, its hardly the Lakers team that he was on before.......Him leaving is certainly not out of the question, it would make a lot of sense. The Lakers aren't going to be that good next year, thats how it looks right now. Kobe probably wants to play on a winning team, and if hes a free agent then he would easily be able to get on one. JMO.

Why do you think he'll stay?

I think he is too big to go, Mitch Kubcheck said he wont ever trade Kobe. He wont leave LA unless he gets a divorce. Even though he may be a clipper next year, my gut says he will be a laker. Besides they can offer him the max amount.

Lakers will lose Kobe Shaq and Jackson. So sad. The only reason Shaq moved to LA was to be in show business thinkin his career was gonna sky rocket after that Steal movie or whatever it was. Now what is he doing, candy bar commercials? Nice.
I hope the coach goes too.
