Actually at 254lbs I was feeling bloated and seeing these guys ripped for summer brought back some excitement to my game. Give me two months and I will post a pic at around 240lbs with shredz. Peace

I will start back bulking around October but my goal is 280lbs. I want to hit the stage at Mr Louisisna at about 245lbs ripped. I plan on going to a National soon after that. Peace
