    bodybuilding books

    hey whats up guys, im just wondering if anyone can give me the names to some bad ass bodybuilding books to read, i just wanna read up on some info, anything dealing with lifting a cycling would be great, thanks.

    arnold's encyplodia of modern bodybuilding is good.

    Bump on that. Definitely agree it's one of the best out there...Are you looking for like books written by bodybuilders about bodybuilding culture or more just advanced principles and dieting and stuff like that?

    mike menzers Heavy Duty.. pretty old but i thought it was an interesting read.. he goes on the theory of very heavy wieght minimal reps/sets..

    Like you said Hooligan, I'm looking for the advanced principles, dieting, types of training... ie. more reps, less reps, heavy weight, light weight, you know, and maybe more... whats the word....isometrical type movements to GROW!!! hehe

    arnolds book sucks balls, MM book is pretty good, you need to focus on diet books, and stuff in that catagory. chris acetos books are good, protein power is a good book, def check into sports nutrtiion books..

    Chris aceto's books are good, he knows alot about dieting and nutrition.
