Feeling down on being small
The gear, sleep, food and workouts is all in check.
I still feel shapeless and fat. I feel like giving up on the whole **** thing.

Your desire to change must be greater than your desire to stay the same.
If it's not, none of the above ancillaries even apply.

In addition it should be food, sleep, then gear.
Just a technicality I had to clear up.

The biggest thing that I have learned is... sleep is ridiculously important...
Like the others said, take a few days, eat clean, get lots of quality sleep...
You'll get there bro...
Ask Swole how long it took him to get where he is today...or anyone else for that matter

What I do when I get down is right out my goals for the week. I write what I am going to eat what and when I am going to lift and dont break the routine that I outlined. This is a great technique for getting out of a rut, I also visualize me lifting when I write out my routine. At the end of the day write your comments for the day how you felt during your routine or whatever, this works bro
