pound for pound lets see whos the top dawg

i was reading bdtr's thread about people starting cycles sooner then they should be. everyones talking about super high benches and stuff like that but they usually weigh over 250lbs themselves. so i figured the only way to compare apples to apples and not apples to oranges is to post your pound for pound specs per say. here's mine: i weighed 180 i think when i did this cause it was from a few months ago when i got in a argument with a fella on here. not taking away from the high lifts cause no matter what its heavy weight, i more or less figured this would be fun, and we could all practice our algebra lol

    they are:

    bench 355lb
    deads 445lb
    squats 405lb

    1.96lbs/body pound on bench
    2.44lbs/body lb on deadlifts
    2.25lbs/body pound on squats

oh yeah, i dont wanna hear any shirt lifts or any of that crap, i think thats cheating lol

    1.96lbs/body pound on bench
    2.44lbs/body lb on deadlifts
    2.1lbs/body pound on squats

    Weight 230
    Personal best lifts
    Bench press :505 (no shirt)
    Deadlift :625 (no suit)
Squat all depends on depth so that is in the clear til im sure of the exact depth. I dont do half squats or boxes anymore.. Most ive done ass to calves if 565. Thats with no suit. However I did use inzer knee wraps and a lever belt. Anyone who cares to actually figure that math out go head. I stink and need a shower

if your not going past parrallel then your not squating in my book so we can use that as a guide for depth. quads past parrallel

    Heavy as 292

    Light as 209

    Dependent upon season.

Honestly don't remember my bests in any lift at any weight. Nor do I train to max out at any time other than once every few months. I know I can move weight, and I look like I move a lot of weight, and that's all that really matters.

Good deal. (I went back and changed my weight as my weight does change dependent upon what I'm doing) I never usually go over 255 now.

these were all before i ever tried any gear...

    bench 415
    squat 545
    dead 550

i think that was about 212, not sure exactly, but was in the 220 class. Since I have torn both rotator cuffs, I almost never do any flat benching anymore as doing a benchpress with the bar would more than likely send my shoulder joints out of my skin. I do however have no problem with inclines for some reason and i can get about 6 or 7 with 315. I havent done a 1rm in the squat or deadlift since ive been on.

I was training for two years before I ever put 2 plates on the bench. That's when it starts to get good. When you stop following other peoples workouts and learn what works for you.

The real question is...how people are going to bullsh*t their weights!?

Since no one knows me for sure...I can say I bench 495 for 20 reps, squat 595 for 20 reps, and deadlift a VW 20 times! This thread is going to get killed by posers.

The real sad thing is, my little brother has a friend in HS that can bench more than I ever did at 175lbs and 22 years old. I should take him out.
