    Props to my home gym homie

    this guy lifts at my gym... some of you may know him. I watch him bench on Saturday's sometimes, makes me feel like a little bitch! his shoulder looks a foot wide I sh it you not...

    I haven't been able to find any, but I got a camera in my jeep. next time I see him working out I'll try to snap a couple. (and if he doesn't shove it up my ass for blinding him while he's lifting I may even get to post them!)

    The new "rage" is supposed to be an insanely good shirt. I read on another forum about a possible 100-150 pound increase. He may possibly be pulling more out of it then that. Shirts play more of a role then most people even think about. Not saying he's natural,but I would definitly believe its possible to get a natural 600 pound bench.

    i wouldnt consider him to be natural. i mean look at all the nitrotech and celltech he takes. and we all know how much stronger muscletechs products are then steroids cause all the pro bodybuilders use them and nothing else
