What did you have for dinner?
I just had shrimp and salmon off the grill and seasoned brown rice. YUMMMY.
Brushed it with olive oil, crushed fresh garlic and a little salt.
Hmmm Hmmm GOOD

i cannot tell a lie. ran out of the food that i eat, (chicken, tuna, the usual), so i had 3 slices of papa johns. i dont know what upsets me more, the fact that i strayed, or the uneasy feeling i know have in my stomach from eating that poor excuse for a pizza.

a ton of chicken, about 3 breasts i guess cooked plain with bar BQ sause on the side, cooked carrots and corn. all about 1.5 hours after my post workout shake

Man you aren't kidding. I sauteed onions, green peppers and garlic in olive oil and then added water and let it simmer....tasted good but took forever.

followed 2 hours later with a protein shake.. 0 carbs and efa....The answer to your every question

i usually go for 3 shots of Belarus vodka evey meal its a given, today followed by with nine cow shishkababs, large plate of vegetable salad, sweet mash potatoes and one piece of my home made low fat chocolate cake with strawberries on a side, maybe two, but who is counting.....that’s right, we are starving down here unlike you spoiled americans
