Loz , I was thinking about the Appetite for Destruction album. I love GNR I wish they'd get their shi$ together and come back. Their music rocks no doubt but not quite "classic" yet IMO. But you have to remember that I'm a fossilized 38 yr old!

And what a day it was....spring of 84'....it was a rainy day....her with that come hither look..........

Screw you Mart............if you'd just get a little closer I'd smack you with this cane!

I saw VH back when David was with them.....freakin kick ass. David came out on the stage and opened a bottle of Jim Beam at the start of the show and by the end threw the empty into the crowd. Van Halen isn't Van Halen without David......with Sammy their Van Hagar. I liked Sammy when he had his own group.

All good bands Journey, Foreiner, Styxx,Skynard, 38 Special, Thin Lizzy, Zepplin, Stones, Steele Dan, Dire Strates are all awsome. The WHo is just a personal dislike along with Queen (to fruity a sound for me except Fat Botom girls) but Ill fight you till the end on Rush, I cant stand Rush, worse than phil collins. And G N R is classic, you can say it now or 2 years from now, some bands are just so awsome you can tell early.

You trying to get on my good side??????

Here's something funny for you.....well not really funny but I thought it wild and showed how deversivied Slash is from GNR. I was listening to a Jazz station here and I'll be ****ed if they didn't play a song that Slash wrote or played the guitar for....I'm pretty sure he wrote it. Good song too.

Not too much longer you'll be hearing GNR on the elevator! I heard an old Alice Copper song on the elevator.....funny thing was some old folks were humming along to it not knowing it was a song they probably couldn't stand back in the day.

Don't get me wrong, I love my GNR....but, how can you deny the talent of Rush? Neil Pert! Alex Lifeson! Two of the best musicians of all time, without question...
