I liked them both. I like 5150, that was a bad ass album. I was in the 7th grade when that was out, so I am not old like BLT for the record.

I know, but man, nothing better than seeing Eddy Van Halen's guitara solo. By far the best guitarist there is.

It was with Sammy. I have seen David and yes, he is Van Halen, but Sammy is good.

I think that a classic must be over 20 years old. So all of you young guys may need to start calling them old school not classics. Sort of like the last time Juggy was laid. Thats a classic.

I dont think you should have to put a set number on it like cars. I fyou do, 20 years is too long, 10 or 15 IMO

When your old like me you try to use the classic term sparingly.

I agree but it should be spared more for quality, not age. Bands like the Who and Rush dont deserve the calssic title while Springsteen and G N' R do

GNR is less a classic than the WHO or Springstein IMO. GNR rocks but not at the calssic stage yet. Crap they disintegrated after their first world tour.

I'm 36 and I feel like I'm 23! Age is a state of mind. Sammy is good. He brings a ton of Energy. Last year I saw the Sammy and David lee roth tour. I have to admit, Sammy blew him off the stage. Dave is getting old and really showing his age. I was almost embarrassed for him. I honestly paid 300.00 last night to see Eddy play! SIMPLY AMAZING!!!!

Thats a contraversial statement, G-N-R is classic bro. Paradise City, One In A Million, Rocket Queen, November Rain, I mean the list goes on, G-n-R is classic.

The WHO is incredible!!!! I've seen them several times and they blow me away!!! and Rush in the day was incredible as well. Nothing like seeing Neil Peart do a drum solo.

I cant stand Rush. His voice is the only one more annoying than the dave mathews band. And while I know most will disagree with me about the WHo, I stick by my story.

Were you dropped on your head? The Who and Rush not classic? Pfft..

How can you not like the amazing instrumentalists of Rush, Geddy's voice is debatbale...but the guitar and drums are phenomenal...

JP bro.. you're entitled to your opinion...

Exactly!!! to say GNR who are OK are a classic band is ridiculous. The WHO has been around for generations!!!! The who is in the same league as Zeppelin. GNR isn't even in the same league!!!

Loz that was an excellent album but one album does not make a band a classic IMO.

I agree bro! GNR is NOT classic rock. The WHO, Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, and The Rolling Stones are to name a few.....
