    Elbow soooo sore

    i dunno what i have done but it is intensley sore right in the join area. Its making it real difficult to do any type of tricep exercise because aftera few reps its unbarable. Presses seem to bother it the least but any other tricep extension exercise even with minimal weight its unbarable. Any ideas on how to fix it or what it could be? Chiropractor had minimal success on it.

    Hey bro, its probably tendonitis. Lighten up on the weight and do more reps. Or give it some rest all together....Good luck!

    Get one of those elbow bandages and wear it during your workouts for about a week or two. I Had the same problem, Feels like your elbow is going to bust in half at the joint. It will help some but not all. Just takes time for this to heal up on its own, But the bandage will help support it (so it wont rip nothing important in there) till it does . AND TAKE ADVIL lol or something stronger....

    I had the same problem as well..tensor bandage and ibuprofin does wonders. hope your recoverys speedy. peace

    I have the same thing, and I started wearing a a tight sleeve on my elbow during workouts (kind of like a knee brace , but for the elbow). THis really helps.
