    For those who cheat on Saturday

    Whatcha all got lined up for tomorrow?? I for one know that I am having the Brownie Batter Blizzard from DQ been thinkin about that ALL week. I dont know how I made it through this week totally clean. Tuesday was my birthday, Thursday was my wedding anniversary... Ugh.....

    Also thinkin a BIG ASS BURGER from Red Robin.

    Well bro, i used to get up and have donuts, then mcdonalds for lunch and a pizza for dinner but i think thats a little excessive, so probably just a nice pizza for dinner with normal dieting throughout the rest of the day......it sux but it makes me feel better about myself only having one meal instead of the whole day..........but if you are still seeing results, then by all means eat like a madman, lol.
    p.s. those blizzards are freakin crazy good.

    I try to cheat the first half of the day on Sats and then bring it back into perspective as the night approaches, makes me feel better on Sunday mornings. I've gone all out crazy before and did not care for the 3 day bloat plus it was just too much. I looked like I was 5 months pregnant.

    never had one these "Blizzards"......thankfully, i dont there is a DQ within a 50 miles radius of me........
