Right now only 3 miles. But I hate the place! Its motto is NO GRUNTING, NO DROPPING WEIGHTS, JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE. I moved here 3 yrs go its the only place. Cheap tho. about 4-5 yrs ago I went to a new opening one and got kicked out for grunting!. And I dont do that much. They gave no warning I thought it was a joke! But they showed me the door. Now Im a member but not for long because 1 guy I know there is opening a worlds/gold gym 15 miles away. I psyched can't wait bye bye pussy gym

my last gym - about 1/2 a mile
current gym - about 4-5 miles......Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, THAT IS STRENGTH

I sleep on a bench press inside a squat rack.
Not realy, I usually drive like 2 miles to AandF's house then we get in his car and go like 1.5 miles into town.

one block over 3 blocks down = gym
2 blocks up = work/other gym..
24 miles.. start investing in a bench and a squat rack..

Workout from home, but I'd happily drive 24 miles if there was a good hardcore dungeon around.

Actually the 24 miles is to my own place where my family has some land and a small shop where I have a bench and rack. I tried the gym where I now live but couldn't get the same mind set that I do in my personal place, although it would be cheaper at the gym considering gas. Another thing is that I used to go to the same small shop and watch my dad work out (which inspired me) when I was about 7-10 yrs. old. He's been deceased for 24 yrs. now and although I use new equipment I still pose in the same mirror that he did. Talk about motivation! The 24 mile trip is worth every ounce of pump that I just couldn't get anywhere else. And I also take my 4 yr. old with me and it gives us time together. Who knows, maybe he'll make it a third generation at the same place, in the same mirror.

4 miles. It's up hill though. I tried to go there via mountain bike. It killed my quads. I was to tired to work out. I just road home, and by another route. It was hilly going that way too. Took for ever that way.
By car, seven minutes.

Ok Maraxus, you probably gathered from my shop assistance thread, I'm at war with the world today. I've always wondered, HOW FAR IS A BLOCK?. We don't use that term here in Ireland.
