    Hate to burst everyone's bubble, but that workout is so last week, .

    Actually, it's great for those who also wanna get in/out quickly. (the gym, not your woman)

    I am however, experimenting with an "active recovery" program, where you work each bodypart 1 and a half times per week. Sounds weird, but that's correct. Not once, not twice, but one and a half.
