make your tongue strong

this is not a joke. it works. and it works amasing.
do this:
every morning when you take you usual fruit intake, add an orange to it. cut it in half and with your tongue make holes into it. try to remove the inside of it with your tongue and suck the juice.

in the beginning it will be hard and annoying. but this is like BB. you do not abandon and you will see the results. after only a month and a bit, your tongue will fortify and become strong and trained.

once you passed the orange test and you are able to remove easy the middle of you half orange, test your performance on your girlfriend-wife-onenightstand. you will feel like Mr. Universe when you will see how she react to you.

i know it from own experience. try it. you will never regret it.

NOTE: this goes for males.. and also females!! don't be shy to try it... you will love it. and don't forget to tell our AR friends how was the first try. when i started the first time.. i could barely speak..

Actually the trick with that is to chew it very slightly that makes it much easier to bend - once you learn its not that difficult.

on the orange thing hmmmmmmmmmmm.................. that sounds like a good idea.......... now how am I going to find out if it "works"? lets see.... who is going to volunteer.........

it's hard huh? it might look easy but when you are done with it for the first time.. you can barely speak.. look also from a medical point of vue (not only how happy your woman-man will be ), it has a positive effect on mastication and salivation.. but here i'm not an expert, i'm sure you guys know alot more then me in this area...

first make sure that the cherry stem has an end with a know on it - then wheen its in your mouth, crush it slightly between your teeth (but not the knotty end) - roll it around and chew slightly on all sides of the stem - this way it will bend easily - then its pretty simple to do - its more like a rope then than a stick - use the knotty end, take your tongue and poke it through the circle made by bending it - you just need to get the knot to poke through - then reach in with your fingers, grab it and hold the other end with your teeth and pull - presto, tied. - old college trick to pick up chickies - didnt work of course but ah welllllll

Illegal use of the hands. 5 yard penalty. repeat of first down. You can't use your hands when doing this. To complete the knot you have to hold one end in your teeth and press the other end against the roof of your mouth and pull it back that way. (I figured this out from many years of fishing [bite the excess line and chew on it] makes it a little easier to get it down)

I personally, don't think I'd enjoy a man with a big muscular hard tongue..... I prefer the softer ones....
