    flax seed oil making me piss out of my ass!

    I have had like massive constipation or diahrea this whole m1t cycle, and when is topped taking flax seed oil my ****s were fine , then i started last night taking 1.5 tsp before i go to bed, and i have alrady shat 2 times today and im starting to feel constipated again, anyone know wtf is going on? thanks my asshole is getitng worried like im pissing **** out of my ass, thats how fast it comes out sometimes its kinda crazy.

    I gave up the flax oil and started eating almonds. It was making me sick. Blech.

    dont sit your FSO out in the sun for 2 days and then take it.. keep it in the fridge and youll be fine.. fish oil works much betta neways.
