    jays looking pretty good, they are just trying to hype up the olympia, sorta like they did when gunter beat ronnie at NOC, ronnie is still a beast, but jay is one of the few than can give him a run for his money

    when i saw him guest pose at a show in New York.........he was 295.....so he def. is looking bigger then ever

    took slightly longer, about 4 weeks, i stacked the celltech and nitrotech, with glutamine, and various "vitamins"*

    This pic was takin off SM.com and ity was about 2 weeks old
    He is 320lbs and is under 9%.
    hands down ronnie is the winner(if he gets rid of that gyno )

    looks like he has puffy nipple syndrome type gyno, they get like that when cold.
