Not really sure what people think of me. Nor have I ever thought about it. There are some on this board (and others) that I have got to know and consider very close friends. I would help them out any way that I could. They know who they are.

To be honest it has never once crossed my mind - tho I do regularly think of our board rep, the mods rep as a whole or making members happy - but its funny that I never really consider what people think about me or rather my online persona - some are sycophantic, some curse and threaten me, most just PM me to try to get a hookup

but none of it really affects me I guess because I do what I feel is needed to do irrespectively.

Perhaps its because I just dont get any of my self worth from what happens on the boards - I just dont get any powertrip from being a SUPERMOD!!!! tada!!!! - and mostly it just sucks up my time from a life where I have real power -

but I really do enjoy it here in many ways because it is something that I and the early mods and members were able to found, and all the members we have now, maintain and grow - while there are tons of boards now, at the time, none were civil and really family like and we worked hard to set the right tone and be a place where people could learn a lot and have fun but not flame - and to a great degree, I think we have accomplished this, better than anyone else on the net - and I do get a sense of pride in that I think. With more than 26K members and more than 1 million posts, we are the size that elite was back then but ohhhhh so much better in so many ways IMHO

A.R. is LIGHT YEARS ahead of Elite.

The only thing Elite about E.F. is that it contains more children/un-educated idiots than any other board out there.

They can remain "elite" w/that statistic.
