what color are the walls now?

How much paint will be determined on how many coats and the quality of the paint.

Rollers are cheap as hell....$10 will get you everything you need

If the walls are in good shape and it is a light color one coat of primer should be fine. If you patched up areas with spackle -- I would do 3 coats only in those areas.

One of the business's that I own is a large painting company. PM me if you need any help. You will need more that one gallon per coat, most paints cover about 350 sq ft at best and you have 592 sq. ft. if you have 8 ft ceilings.
The number of coats is going to depend on the quality of the paint and the color.
The price of paint varies but sometimes the better paints are cheaper in the long run because they cover better.
    I hope this helps.

are the walls new drywall? if they are you need primer, if they are already painted you dont need primer, buy a good roller and a wiz for the corners. 592 sqft youll need about 2 gallons, usually a gallon does about 250 - 300 square.

I'd start with one gallon... normal coverage is 400 square feet, plus if youve got doors and windows that takes out of it.

well theirs previously existing paint on it right now, which are colors of white and light blue and green. Theirs spackle all over the cieling and walls as well which makes it look like ****. Right now i have 2 gallons of primer which i will apply first, then i will apply the base coat after that dries and theirs 3 small windows in the room, and 2 closet doors

The prep work is important. If you patch and sand properly, you shouldn't be able to tell the probelm, hole, etc., ever existed.

    1. Take everything down and out of the room
    2. Patch what needs to be patched (let dry)
    3. Sand and wash the walls
    4. Apply one coat of primer on everything.
    5. Paint the celing with white flat ceiling paint (2 coats).
    6. Paint the walls whatever color in a satin finish ( 2 coats).
    7. Paint the doors, windows, trim, etc., with a semi-gloss white (2 coats).

Getting high quality paint, brushes, and rollers is important... don't be cheap. What kind of room is it?
