mtc oil

Not sure what forum to ask this so here goes,
My friend asked me to find out where I can get MTC oil.
I'm not sure what this is. Or where I can get it.
He doesn't have internet access and said it's OTC
Anybody have any ideas?

Hi Swole,
Not sure bro. He is a competitive BB and I think he needs it to fill in a tear in his chest. He tore his chest about 6 months ago and he has a dent (hole) in his left pec.
I think it's similiar to synthol or something

Now my searches come up with many hits
He wants to shoot this stuff directly into the muscle kinda like synthol
